They are solid performers I have 1 in my Tahoe and the Tarantula Series 2600w going in Civic. The only one I would buy is the Picasso series but the reubicon, tarantula and reference series are very solid amps I have no complaints from mine at all. They caught a bad rep for awhile same as PG RF and a few other brands but as with the others I just named they revamped the gear and refocused their goals on what the name use to stand for. Unfortunately all I can speak on is my personal experience I would love to get clamp tests done to see what the amp really does but I don't have the tools to do so.

All I know is after the update my iPad is being a dick about letting me add music to it. I didn't have any issues before the update but now I am having trouble adding anything to it and the worse part is, this is purchased itunes music or ripped cd's I bought from Best Buy. I am sure Apple will correct the issue sooner or later once they piss off enough people of course. -
Are the local pd cool with bass in a mall parking lot I know broward county and palm beach county pd can be real ass holes not trying to get into it with them but if all is cool I would be down for something

What up TDC we spoke about this awhile back and if I wasn't still in the midst of a rebuild I would have set this up long time ago but if enough people are in I will show up to a middle ground spot. Any spots in Boca or West Palm and we should during the summer

Is the sub blown or the tinsel leads just broke? If its just the leads then resolder them to the terminal and I got my kit from CJVue on here its a sundown audio recone kit.

I have a DD1 and CC1 definitely worth every penny. Not just the convenience but the peace of mind of knowing I am getting the most out of my system and my frequency tuning is accurate

I was trying to setup something back in november but I am in the midst of a rebuild I have a few numbers but I didn't want to set anything up until I am playing. Not really sure what happens around here but the audio scene isn't as big as it should be. I am in Homestead but I hang out and work in Miami where you at?

Well I actually spoke to CJVUE who has used a lot of the SA's subs and he said the landing on the sa and the CVX is different and that's where I would run into issues. It may ideally work if I change the basket but I need to check to.see if the bolt pattern is the same on both. I figured I could get away with a 2.5" coil but I am still waiting to hear back from CJ18 to see if Chas anything that would work and PSI to see if how much their kit will cost.

Its a 2.55" coil, I got the info from fixmyspeaker.com. So now I would like to know can I use a 2.5" or 3" coil or does it have to be 2.55"? If it does can I get the coil from them and use any ones soft parts?

Now that I have almost completed rebuilding my 12" HX2's (thanks to help from CJVUE) I want to try and rebuild 2 blown 15" CVX's that I have laying arouns. I am not sure how big the coil is. Not sure if I can recone using an SA or DC kit but any help with pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I would just take the doors off, unplug the speakers and do the test the right way this way its done right the first time so you dont have to do it again. Believe you will feel better knowing your system is playing at its best. Next purchase should be a good 4 channel its a night and day difference in sound and control when you amp your speakers. -
Twisted is a dealer and he runs dad subs and for another solid 8 I would look at the dc audio 8 you wouldn't be disappointed with it.

Have you tested the amp elsewhere to make sure nothing was damaged as you were removing it from your friends ride?

It does and I appreciate all the help you're lending me. As for external crossovers I have the Clarion MCD360 if that will work if not I can get another one. I can't change HU's (gift from the gf my balls would be on a stick if I did lol). My HU is a Clarion CZ501.
