  1. I too have been thinking about switching to LEDs all around the outside, where as all my lights are fairly dark tinted, almost black.. Can someone elaborate more on the resistor thing with the blinkers?
  2. I've used the dmm hids they are amazing, but I kept getting pulled over... So now I have advance silverstar zxe bulbs and they are very bright to be halogens.. Never seen halogens as bright as these before, very white color
  3. Sorry the pics really small on my phone missed that part, sorry... Looks good now
  4. From what I see it recomends 12-17 in the port area range and your at 6.28, so that needs doubled at least, then your port per cube is at 4.xx and should be at least 13 Did I say that right?
  5. I agree with that, but i have hooked up amps like this that have actually done more output with separate channels rather than bridged and other did more bridged.. At all depends on his spacific setup.. Same concept with strapping amps, seen setups do better not strapped and some strapped.. I'm not trying to start an argument, just trying to help
  6. Your first post you said don't bridge then this one you said do it... Are you sure u know what the hell your talking about if you can't even make up your mind?? The correct answer would be to try and run them both ways, run them at 2 ohm with 1 sub per channel and both bridged at 4ohm.. Where as we have no idea how your setup will react in either setup, aka imp rise and such... That is if your subs are dual 4s which they probably are
  7. Well the dash trim/ some console will be painted, where as the seat inserts will b vinyl, that's what I'm worried about.. I don't wanna spend 200 bucks on fabric and when it's all together it not match
  8. So my situation is m truck is gettin painted black and lime green soon, and i am planning on starting to redo my interior soon as well, black and line green.. But with the color of my paint I cannot find an exact match in vinyl.. I found one thats a shade or two off but I dunno if it will make a huge difference where it is inside and the paint is outside.. Any opinions?
  9. As title says, pa brand new in box, with gap guards paid 300 for it and sold my Burban, 100+shipping
  10. X2 what's up with the 50-270? If it don't play down low why have it lol
  11. Way to repeat exactly what I said... Anyways what kinda ride is it, some vehicles are known for their faulty switches.. And others are known for the wiring just plain burning up..
  12. I went with o'rileys brand agm extreme superstart for stock Replacment, size of a traditional 78 series for $143 plus tax.. Supposedly the same thing as a deka And just in case, it has a 3 year free Replacment and 84 mo prorated warranty... And is local.. Kinda a plus for me..
  13. Do it fiberglass the inside of the whole thing to make sure there aren't any leaks and post up the pics!! I for one think it would be quite different from anything I've seen..
  14. You either have a short of bad switch.. Test wires to see or get a junk yard switch and swap it out.. Unless u have been wiring things in yourself then you may have accidentally left a wire shorting itself or something like that..
  15. Anyone know books or sites with some good hard reading material? I want to learn every in and out of the theory and everything behind an enclosure .. And anyone know where to get like mesa study guides? Thinking about just taking some to put together better portfolio..
  16. I found everytime I call them 3-4 days after I apply and see what's up.. If they hadn't reviewed it yet go in the place like a week later and personally see what's up.. It's more about letting them know you want the job more than the next person.. Sometimes you can luck out and find a place that really needs help and hire on spot My .02
  17. My silverado is the same way, I'm running a huge sealed box now and it seems to work the best up high for me, tryed subs up port forward, and subs / port forward and it drops off as it hits around mid 40s as well..
