    For those who have done a claim through FedEx.. How long does it take for them to reply or even let you know they are doing something?

      You can check the status of it online if you have a confirmation number. if not, you'll probably have to file the claim again

      I do have that number and have checked but no update on it other than me posting proof of value. tried opening a new claim and was not allowed too. Guess I will wait it out or call later.. Thanks for the help
