  2. I was just asking, I know a 12 with 19mm xmax need about 32" of port area and so it looked like a lot of port for a 10 but it has a lot of xmax on that 10 so it should be good.

That's why it's a maybe going to Alaska. we could get work in Alaska faster through friends but in Michigan they keep telling us we can work temp jobs. having kids we need to keep a more steady income.

  10. i just wanted to say theat if weight is an issue your in the wrong hobby. car audio is not the hobby to worry about adding weight. if you want to keep it light weight should be looking at doing drag racing.
  11. 5.52cuft for 2 t2d415. would it be worth it to go through the hassle of cutting some plastic and metal to gain .16cuft (5.68)? not sure if it would be worth cutting the car up?

  12. driving down the street after a long day and work listening to decaf. was feeling tired so i to the cover off the hatcback to allow the air to flow never seen my car flex like that before.

    1. alaskanzx5

      alaskanzx5

driver window was cracked about 1-2" and and before taking the cover off it wasnt flexing much. pulled over stretched took the cover off and wow. the driver window was going crazy.

  13. yeah, take out that rear seat and fill that space up. i wouldnt want my son getting someone prego at that age lol.
  14. i personally see nothing wrong with his son getting that. his life his choice. everyone does things differently. teaching his son that hard work at school and home got him that truck is a lesson about working for what you want. im sure if he slacks off meade has no issue with taking the keys back. personally when my oldest can drive if i can afford a new car for myself or wife she will get the old car and anything and everything in or on it. if i cant afford it then ill buy her a beater with a heater and slowly pay for parts but she will have to be right there helping me fix it. im gonna teach all my kids how to do their own work. thats just my 2 cents. cant wait to see how yours sons Yukon turns out. hope he helps with all the work put into it. will be interested what kinda of ideas he can come up with to throw into the design of the system and look of the car.
  15. went to my first official iasca comp today and took home a 1st place trophy in stock hatchback 1. 142.4 sealed on the dash

ill be in covert, thats where my wifes family is. its like a hop jump and a skip away from south heaven and kalamazoo is like a 30 minute drive away.

ill only be going to shows with in about an hour or 2 drive of where im living for a while but if i stay there and dont go back to alaska ill be sure to get out to other comps further away.

rather not answer why im leaving oregon, ill just say that family should treat family this way.

  17. after looking at iasca and usaci classes it seems like i have no choice but to wall if i want to run 2 15s... looking at meca classes now

    1. Ninja_v1.0

      Ninja_v1.0

well it seems you didnt look very hard because I know for a fact there are a few classes you can run 15's in for IASCA

Not when you take the back seats out lol. Can't fit a 6 cuft after displacement box in a hatchback focus in the cargo area as the require ments say. Then I kinda doubt ill be able to get into the low 50s it seems like people do in the classes that allow the rearseat to be taking out. 2 t2d4 and a single t1500.1 in a wall rather then a more typical box would have a much better chance.

  18. just got my t400.4 and punch pro 6.5 and tweets hooked up and playing. sound amazing, i didnt expect them to be so clean and clear sounding when they are spl intended speakers. cant wait to get some better rca's and run my 80prs in network mode.

  19. send hiim the stinger meters and use one coupon for the vm-1 then toss the other coupons into the system of the month as 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th place prizes.
  20. my guess would be because caps charge and discharge at the highest voltage potentail so they wanted to test it at the best voltage they could get from it.
