The level 3s are too deep without a seat lift, in a musicmoose box a level 2 fits tightly but fits and it sounds great, that would be your best bet..I know a thing or two about f150's lol

As far as towing engine wise you would have no problems on a stock 6.0 or even 7.3, if your gonna do engine mods on the 6.0 let me know I've built quite a few and know what works well
