  1. That's what I was thinking too. I got a guy that will sell me a used saz3500 for the same price as a new crescendo. They are both very well performing amps and I would be extremely happy with either one but the warranty does sound very tempting to let this guy go sell it elsewhere.
  2. If you had the choice of getting a brand new crescendo bc3500 or a used saz3500 for the same price, which would you take? I do NOT want to know anyones opionion on which Is better etc. Not a vs thread here. Simply which would you pick.
  3. Anyone gonna be there? I will try to get my Skars in the comp if I can get it together.
  4. If you got lots o bass it'll skip the shit out a cd. USB is not a problem.
  5. In using 12 for power and ground and 16 for remote. But 16 will work all around.
  6. Yea it works. This is the second vehicle I've had to do this with. Kinda pisses me off though that the voltage on the remote wire was so low. It's only like a 2 month old pioneer.
  7. Problem was for some reason the remote wire was only sending out almost exactly 12 volts from the headunit an would fluctuate with the beat causing my eq to dim with the beat. Solution was route a wire directly from front battery to a toggle switch and run the amplifier and the eqs remote wire to the toggle and no more dimming at all. Yes it now means that I have to physically turn my eq and amp on via toggle but this seems to be my best, cheapest solution to cure that low voltage remote wire from my headunit. Thanks for your input guys
  8. Nope. Ran it to every ground possible. Even ran it directly to the battery. Still dimming. I found the culprit. It's the remote. I put it directly on my power wire and no dimming what so ever. I guess that remote is dropping power and causing it to act like its going I shut off for split seconds.
  9. I'd say so but that's the only thing I can think of that would cause this. Ill pull it all out again and give it a different ground.
  10. It dims pretty good. Defanitly enough to notice. You think maybe a bad ground?
  11. I just got the eqs746 eq and the blue lights on it dim with the beat of the deck. Amps are off. Just cd player playing music to speakers. Bass on deck is at 0. Car started or not still dims those lights. Big 3 is done. I have 2 shuriken batteries. Bt100 under the hood and bt120 in the back so trust me its no voltage drop issue. Dash or headlights don't dim even with subs on. Just this eq. I ran the remote wire to deck remote, the power I ran a seperate wire straight to the front batter to see if itd stop the dimming (it didn't) and ground is to frame in dash (seperate from anything else) anyone else got this problem? Or is it a problem at all, is it normal operation to dim like that?
  12. That shits happened to me numerous times on multiple vehicles. It was only my s10 truck that took out a fucking chunk of glass with it. Gluing it back won't help. It fell off 4 times since til I finally quit gluing it back on. Then i sold the fucker to my dad. Lol now he bitches at me to glue it on again.
  13. I don't see why not. Go for it. Post some vids when it's done.
  14. When did these incidents take place?
  15. it spits out the lows like a champ. by ear its amazing but i havent got it metered yet or really played with getting numbers. YET.
  16. Holy fuck. Stopped in the middle lane on highway?! These dumbasses deserved to be hit. Morons.
