Pulled the valve cover again, cleaned the shit out of everything. Put a dab of silicone in the corners where the cam is. Lets see if the leak stops this time.

lol. that makes sense. But ican be used on rca outs right? in the video steve has it hooked right to the speaker outs. I'd rather not run wire from the back of the car to the front off the amps.

The Om-1 says 8v to 22v. is that a typo? i want to use one on my rca outs off my head unit but that range seems weird to me since my h/u is 5v max.

Alt tensioner was a success with some tweaking. I may have a slight parasitic draw though. Batteries are sitting at 12.2. But car was siting for like 2 months.

This is a new amp not his amp, but it sounds like sundown did a good job on the CS side of things. You are not the only customer, they cant always get to your item as soon as they get it. I mean, you got your amp back within a week of them receiving it. Thats pretty damn fast. As far as the tab, i agree it could have happened anywhere and the amps come to sundown prepackaged as far as i know. I would hook it up and if it works bend the tab back. Just put a rag or a small piece of wood on it and tap it back with a hammer.

just changed the drivers side strut in the wifes car. Kinf of a pita, but not too bad. Was easier once i found my bottle jack.

i know shca uses usps and i have gotten packages that had been in one envelope to start, got torn, put in another envelope, torn and put in a another envelop and torn, Next i order from them i will request a doubled shipping box and pay the extra for it. USPS is horrible.
