      It is uv activated fiberglass resin. No mixing, just lay it down, put it in the sun, and 5 minutes later it's cured.

    The one year warranty from sonic is on original purchase. So if you rma and pick something different i think the warranty still is only one year from purchase, not when you get a new product. I don't understand the point of this thread, if you hadn't waited to rma everything would have been fine. So, it would seem that procrastination is your real enemy here. It's obvious that this has been resolved, and you don't agree with their policy, crying about it won't change anything.

    you need a really good u/v lamp. I think with a lamp curing time increases. It won't be like 3 minutes, but it will work.

    i had to use a jack to get the port to go in the all today. It fit perfect a while back but i had to lift the top of the box a bit to get it to go. lol wtf?

      Well, the wood was still a bit green. It probably dried out and shrunk a bit. It was like 1/32" to tall. it would have went i think if i could have got the exact perfect angle.
