  2. i think what he's saying is you can make practically any system into a high powered system. and to not ask for a name brand system like; dc audio 9k powering 4 dc level 5's.

I see a person trying to sell a sub that isn't well known by the majority so he elects to compare it to a more well-known company. then I see a thread made making fun of him for doing so. edit: but I don't argue with people who have the time to do this. since when is Fi not known by the majority? and wouldn't a normal buyer of any product do a little research before they drop hundreds of dollars?

  7. i had a L port box @ 3.92CuFt after displacement, and it sounded absolutely fantastic. so i mean i know it doesn't totally pertain to having it in a sealed enclosure, but take it for what its worth. if i remember correctly, isn't there a formula or spread sheet for recommendations to convert from ported to sealed internal volumes?

  11. imo: the touchscreen stopped working could be a multitude of problems, but, if you still have warranty, use it. also imo: pioneer HU's are great HU's
  12. 1: unpack your sub from box/shipping crate. 2: put correct wires into sub, being chiral to amp. 3: put sub in box. 4: turn on head unit. 5: turn volume knob + 5: make sure your bass knob is full tilt. seewhatididthur??

  16. cause its stock electrical. it may idle at 14.8V, but because of the small wiring, your alternator can't push in enough power to keep it at 14.8. i could possibly be wrong, but thats what it seems to me

  19. I can get the 10.2" touch screen and the Mac mini, But I can't find where to get the DC/DC 12v-18v regulator. Any suggestions or tips on installing?
