I know this is an old thread, but Cody has just a few of these left and I just snagged one. I wasn't one of the first 10 but it's still wort it, D'Amore website seems to have discontinued them so these could be the last few available for sell. Have to have one for a nifty little amp rack idea I have.

If gains are set right, enclosure is built right, those subs will be fine. Keep in mind, in a vehicle, on music, even the best amps don't put out rated power continuously. Clean power is key. How does the voltage do as of now in the Jeep? Oh, and welcome to the Forum by the way. It's awesome to see father and son projects

X2 on the vinegar and water solution. About 3:1 vinegar to water, spray it in a fine mist and let it sit for a few. Works best when the shower is really dry. Repeat if necessary. Not sure about Cali, but here in southern AZ we have some pretty hard water, and vinegar seems to work the best..

i had the Dukes of Hazzard lunch box . I was heart broken when my mom melted my thermos in the dish washer on that coil thing (now known as the element lol) on the bottom. Night rider here..... but, man, the nights spent on the bean bag, watching DOH, Chips, and others... man, time does fly......... The amount of nostalgia in these 2 posts ^^ Damn. I had a few cool lunch boxes as a kid. The all metal ones that came with a matching thermos inside. I had Dukes of Hazzard, Star Wars, and I am not sure about a Knight Rider, I had E.T. and A-Team...... and Kyle I remember the three channels. It was 4, 9, and 13 for me. A little later we got a UHF channel too. Sad news man, another piece of childhood gone. Thanks for sharing Steve

What do the instructions say? NVM I just read them from the D'Amore site and it says to use bat - " Connect the CC-1 to an electronic crossover’s outputs by plugging an RCA from the crossover’s outputs to CC-1’s input or use the included harness to connect the CC-1 to the amplifier’s speaker outputs; Red to speaker (+) and Black to battery ground. Note: On some amplifiers the right channel’s output may actually be on the speaker (-) terminal. In this case, connect Red to speaker (-) and Black to battery ground. " -
