you should never smell your subs to begin with turn the gain down

shocker sig 12 spoke basket 3'' 4 layer coil it will hit the top plate. the opening in the basket is about 1'' bigger around than the coil is, running 7k to it it will soft bottom out

Not all subs bottom out. I know the Nightshade v2s, mayhems, btls, and bl's you will have one hell of a hard time bottoming out with a rather large box, tuned stupid low, and over 8000+ watts. you will still damage them in by hitting the spiders on top plate/basket

it really depends, you can go smaller, build up pressure behind cone and rip it in half (don't ask how I know) or you could leave it to big and slam coil into back plate. you need more control you go smaller, need less control you go bigger.

that's just bump firing you can do that with a rubber band

oh, why not just tune your box to your car so it plays everything? most of the older rap isn't very low playing so it sounds like your box is fighting your listening habits

I'm sorry....but imo....the Seleniums sound GREAT in my doors! Here's a distance test for peeps who have not seen..... wanna go up against my sq install? like I said they get much louder but they are harsher and not as clear. average bass head won't care, but that is why I will not run any pa stuff ever again

selenium will not work the same, pa is louder but harsher sounding. listen in the video and you can hear it if you pay attention

might just be the camera but the pyle sounds muddy as hell

they die because people are idiots and try running it on to little electrical and mount it where it will be vibrated a lot. that being said I ran my z1 on 1/4 the electrical I should have at .35 daily mounted on my box and it took it fine and the z1a will do 6-7k depending on how your running it
