i thought it was just some bad 'shrooms
-
could it have been from the possibility of dirty power from the 200+ feet of extention cord that was at the show? most of us when testing use the wall socket or 25 feet of cord at the most. maybe next show grab a couple of mics and laptops, and run them at the same time in the car and compare readings.

do believe they were 99-2000. -wattage comparable to a P2

i had seen comps here and there back in 2000 and then happend to see a Flyer at a shp that was advertising autorama2001 w/sound comp. and other than that it was talking to other competitors that i have met to find out about the next show. I have only had the internet for a year so any on-line ads i never knew about and a lot of shows also. promoters need to pound the pavement and drop flyers not just at one shop... but at alot of the shops. Also what happend to the god old days of a prize purse. Hell back in the beginning they handed out whole vehicals for a national title, now you recieve a jacket.

exactly on the pouint of the compettitors pay... there is a certain show coming up rather shortly that a hand full of the playrs opted to pony up the fee for doug to come here just so we could have the show. that is not our responsability.

you bastard, just kidding, cant wait to hear it. -
get a dc level 4 with level 5 coil and soft parts, better power handling than a 4 but not as power hungry as a 5, this is custom built so pm rusty for the details. just dont jump into anything until you talk to him. very knowledgeable about a lot of different brands.

with both the full size and the mid size trucks you have about the same weight and wind resistance. differace with a larger displacement engine is better torque to get that beast moving and less revs at highwat speed. that will give better mpg if left stock with stock tires. if it is 4x4 then there will be more rolling resistance on the drivetrain so that will make the mpg worse. also larger tirer etc. -
cant picture anyone being so stupid to race on city streets in the rain so it must have been an accident. sorry to hear that
