skittlesRgood Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 now i would have to read it again but i think they were trying to say that no speaker is allowed outside the passenger compartment. the entire bill is riddled with holes and incompetence. its saying that if you have stock 6x9"s or stock subs that you can not replace them when they break or get stolen. plus most stock systems have 4 speakers in the front stage alone.
