We are finishing up the paper work and getting the inspectors out to look at it this week. Has a decent size back yard to do my painting on rims later and to work on whatever. Also have a siberian husky thats going to be joining us in about 3 weeks. This has been a crazy year for me and right now its great. We were able to put 20% down on the house so our monthly payment isnt but $450 a month including all tack ons, home insurance so on. Just got to worry about utilities. lol parents were so so happy, not very. More like how you gone pay for it. Im ready to move in so bad. I have two guitars and a drum set ive been itching to bring out of the caves. (havent had anyplace to put it right now) Got about 5 new Zildjian Cymbals to test out.
