techforce Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 You would have to be doing some serious illegal shit to get a tap and it would have to be court ordered... On house arrest, check to see if phone monitoring is a "condition" of your house arrest... if not, unless a judge ordered it, anything they learn would me inadmissible... More than likely you would know if it were ordered... Could be faulty or failing phone equipment... (even on the phone companies side)
