But he needs positive influences to help him through these trying times. And as shel mentioned, god WILL forgive him. And that is a great place to start. It's also a great place to meet others and to build friendships that will have positive influences on him. From the sounds of it the girlfriend is a very negative drag. It will be hard to let go but sometimes you have to sacrifice to prevail. Its bad, but not terrible, It not like you are 45 and had underage porn, because thats just fucked up... But honestly, Volunteer somewhere, so people can see that you are a good person, and to build a positive background, earn respect, and gain references. It may not make you money, but it will open the doors to oppurtunities down the road. Good luck man Been talking with him via pm, he's not allowed to volunteer or do any community service because of his probation, which seems fucked up to me..why wouldn't the government want you to go help others? yeah, thats stupid, volunteering is very self rewarding and brings your morale up, while doing a good things for helping others. You have a lot of living and learning to enjoy ahead of you. You and your situation are really on my mind. Talk to your PO and let him/her know that you are really trying to get on the right track and are in need of some the states resources/programs to aid in your progress. Hopefully they have something that is beneficial to you. Consider some of the advice you have received from the members here who want to see you succeed. Loudcivic Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 what you need to do is just leave her and forget about her. i know it will be hard but you need to get in touch with yourself. you need to be happy about YOU and nobody else right now. your young and have a whole life ahead of you. once you are happy with you put on a whole new personality and go out and look for a college and try harder to find a job but with a good spirit and keep your head up about it cuz its hard to find a job right now in this world. once you have straightened yourself out and are done with this chick who you love but are not in love with you will be much happier. go find some people to hang out with. start talking to people its not hard. i think one of your big reasons you feel the way you feel is becuz of this GIRL and its just keeping you down. you will learn theres just some things you have to let go off even though at the time its seems like the wrong or bad thing to do its the right thing to do. your main concern should be YOU right now. it dont matter if you dont have friends. you said you have family and you know what THEY ALL LOVE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE. all you need is family sometimes. you can do it you just have to look ahead of were your at now and see well maybe if i do this now i will be better off in the future. and dont start hanging out with people who do drugs and get in trouble since that wont work for ya lol. think about some of the stuff i typed and it will make sense and you just have to do it 2015 silverado crew cab nothing atm but soon... Plus you love her, and that makes it even harder. It will be hard to let go, and even harder once you do let go. But I promise you it will not get better staying with her. Period. You can have hope, dreams, and promises, but I can tell you it will NEVER happen. So the faster you let go, the faster something good can happen. Nothing is going to be handed to you. Nobody is going to give you a break. Yeah, I know that's harsh, but that's how it is. Only way something is going to change is if YOU do something about it. Nobody is going to feel sorry for you. Take control and do something positive. Something as simple of having a positive attitude will help greatly. I've personally witnessed this myself, by doing that first hand. Make a list of goals and achievements you want. List a time line upon you want to do it. Then get on making it happend. Just take one step at a time. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. But just keep positive man and don't sit and dwell on it it only makes it worse, think progressive and stay proactive do alot of things that can help out you're community. I'm sure if you went to you're PO and talked to him/her they could help you find a job or school, a good place granted it's not the most glorious but pays good, talk to you're PO about going to you're county or state resource department and see if you can work as one of the cleaners (I can't remember the name) but you go around and clean areas like the parks, roadways and all that. I mean it may not be the most fun job but it would help being able to show that you're working with the state to make you're area cleaner and healthier for the residents of that area. That always looks good no matter what kind of job or career you want to work. Just stay busy and don't give up, keep you're head up and don't let people put you down.
