David
Ok I am in the process of gathering parts and info, so I thought I might post this now, maybe someone can give some input.. I have never done anything like this before I aquired a chevy s10 for cheap, its had a small engine fire, so the options todo what I want are open. I will post some pics when I get home from going to look at this front axle. Plans as of now, are to lift the truck high enough to allow 38s and put a v8 in it Sure wish our 4x4 expert was still around jefff were is you bro

captainhook426
Did a 350 swap in my 83 Jimmy a couple years ago! I just started putting around trying to remember what I needed and I stumbled across this website: http://www.v8s10.com/ it appears they do a lot of work for people. One thing that I've heard in the 4x4 swap is you have to make/modify an oil pan. Hopes this gets you pointed in a direction! Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. Show her who's boss.

OldsBoomer
The frame on the 4wd and the 2wd up front are totally different. I was wanting to do this as well but you truely need the 4wd frame or the front end of the 4wd wont fit. Suburban Coming Soon
