what rms can a 3500d do at 0.7ohm

Recommended Posts

depends on what amp.. you didn't state what brand.. but seems like you're referring to sundown.. you're probably looking at around 4200 maybe 4300 is my guess the amps are underrated..

Ive never really looked too much into the specs of the sundown amps but it seems to me that you should probably upgrade electrical to something that maintains a little higher than 13.5 if your going to run at .7 ohm/ That is going to get really hot really quick.

Bang em if you got em

I'm wired to .47 for daily with rise to 1.6 or so

You'll see rated, but you will more than likely have rise so it's hard to tell you what you will really see

At full tilt my voltage stays around 13.4, and the amp has never even gotten warm..my sax100.4d gets warmer and that doesn't even seem like operating warmth even

im about to pick up my old saz 3500 back today, running my saz 2k right now at .67 and it gets luke warm, voltage drop down to 12's at times, 220 amp alt, 3 big batteries, big 3. So we will see how the 3500 does at that. But my sax 125.2 gets retarded hot in the summer time, i could cook an egg on it, so i added fans in for this year, and jacob said if it doesnt go into thermal protect. its fine!
