cal Posted March 25, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2011 well all i can say is when i call i dont always get threw i get the answering machine but navid does return a call even if i dont leave a message im guessing from caller id so to me the customer service is good when i first started this post yes the website says the amps are sold out and i did try calling and no answer but like i up dated my threads navid did call me back and i ordered a new bc 2000 amp . in all honesty the website does need to be updated and they could use a receptionist but for the price of the amps i deal with it . Had three AQ3500s, planned on adding three more...but I truly love the way the new amps look.
