CruelSoul Posted April 17, 2011 Report Posted April 17, 2011 Just looking for something loud for my wife was thinking bout the dual infinity 12s they run like 60 ish online a piece they are dual 4 ohm but anything out there cheap range she is going to be running around 1700 watts on soundstream power she has full stinger 1/0 gage big 3 upgrade kinetik hc800 she wants to spend around 200-250 would 1 15 be better like a cvr or maybe even 2 cvr 12s can they get loud what about 1 cvx 12 or 15 even anyone can help me get her setup thanks.

You can get a pair of cvr's on ebay for cheapppp. If it was me...I'd wait the extra month and drop like $200-225 on a decent 15" that can take take your amp. What kind of vehicle are you putting this in? I'd personally spring for either a single AQ HDC312 or a single HDC315 if you have the extra pennies. It will put all those subs to shame wasily. If youre looking for a similar price range, I would say two Pioneer Championship 12s. What's the enclosure look like? I would do two 12s over one 15. If you're wanting something maybe less mainstream some SA12s, AQ Street Duties, even some lower FI stuff. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
CruelSoul Posted April 17, 2011 Author Report Posted April 17, 2011 The amp is a Soundstream DTR1.1700 will it do any good can it do some good stuff never tried it out yet and I have no box btw this amp can hanble 1 ohm right nothing lower,as for box none yet have to get a build on that she has a 98 maxima once i get everything together I will post a few shots of what she will have the new HU will be here tomorrow her old one was only 2v I found her a nice 4v she liked also might run a processor aswell do they make a hell of alot difference? Also receieved her new under the car hoods tsunami pos and neg 1/0 gauge with 4 gauge inputs and waiting on the rockford 4 gauge to do her high amp with want everything to be nice neat and sound clean with some good little beat she listens to country,some rap,and rnb.What about that amp with 2 sa8s or 2 sa 10s even?
