Maxim Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 i keep shooting my cover, even though im fairly far away from it and have a clear sight on my target and i keep shooting stationary targets with crosshairs dead center and they dont take any damage. like they are invincible. other than that stuff, its cool so far. i had fun in the jet. hope there is more of that. It's becasue you can't head glitch in BF3. In CoD, the bullets come out of your head, so if you can see the target you can shoot it. In BF3, the bullets come out of your gun (where they ought to) so you need to make sure your gun is above whatever you're firing over. Took me a little while to get used to it. wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . (what a shit pile)....... just in our opinion, im glad we did... went to a buddies house and tried it (multi-player, no campaign) and didnt care for it,.... moved my money over to twisted metal, and will wait for MW3, if you do enjoy it... cool.., eat it up,.. its not for us... see ya on the MW3 release...... meade916 Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 played another round of multiplayer....still not feeling it. Its OK, but i expected spectacular. The water (in the round i was just in) looked shitty.....nothing like a game such as Crysis (where the water looks real). It was the one with the shipping containers. Terrible graphics. smeade916 is the name - ill try another map. About to give up and wait on the new COD. What console do you have steve? i have all of the consoles......but i play this one on a brand new gaming PC, graphics cards in SLI (the whole 9 yards), at full resolution as high as everything will go. There will probably be a part or two that i think is cool if i can get that far before i give up on it. Im not big on the "plot" or the story line or any of that crap, i just want to play a game with killer graphics that is also fun. Judging by the stupid train in the beginning, and the 2 multiplayer maps i tried so far, i give this game about a 7.5 out of 10. Something may catch my eye and i could give it a little better score but so far nothing has. I still cant get over how bad the water looks......reminds me of PS2 graphics. BOOOO. My standards are kinda high. its weird, people talk shit about COD because you "only run and gun"....but i get in a multiplayer match in this game and guess what, i am running all over the map trying to find someone to kill, just like COD. If you lay low and have some strategy in your game play, you are accused of being a camper. If you leave your spot and go find someone to kill so you can help your team win, then you are being a sloppy COD, "run and gun player". I say play whatever makes you happy. I actually like running around and blasting fools. I have a problem sitting still so i guess COD is the game for me. LOL. And hate the sluggish movements of BF.... Bigger maps just seem to = snipe fest...and we prefer the run-n-gun.. Don't give 2 turds about KD ratio, just wanna play the objective and have fun.. And just in our opinion, it's not the game for us... To those that enjoy it.. I'm stoked for ya... But it's just not our bag... Took me a little while to get used to it. except the gun is in my right hand and im coming out the right side of my cover. and when you look down the sights on a gun the barrel is aligned with your face so the bullets do come from your face lol.
