The biggest box I get to build is in my Integra (5.5cubes) AND, all yall gotta do is make a big 'ol rectangle with ports. I always have some tiny import or single cab truck w/ no room to work in. <--Jealous. Looks good so far and easy on the finger slicing. EricR Posted October 7, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 did some more work on the box tonight....got some 1 1/2x1 1/2's at home depot, cut em in half for the 45's....kinda messed up the bottom of the front i decided to just use the 5/8's for the front so i had to trim some off the bottom and got in a rush and half assed it and it was all ate up by the circular blade so i made some "putty" with the titebond and sawdust and filled it all in and im gonna sand it tomorrow then put more on if need be......2x4 bracing and top double baffle coming tomorrow.....pics are uploading i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
