bassfiend316
I've always used spray foam. If you wrap aluminum foil around EVERYTHING that the foam might touch, it won't get stuck in the carpet, etc. Kinda like making a fiberglass mold of something. Just make sure you don't leave any gaps between the foil and the car. Not sure if I have any pics to show what I mean, but that seems to be the easiest way to me. I'll look for pics... Alex K
spray foams a pain in the ass... why not just get a bunch of cotton and wad it up and start filling gaps? Maybe buy a bunch of pillowcases and start cramming it in there lol. edit: that's actually not a bad idea lol. If I still had my setup in my Honda i would do that instead of foaming everything. 2006 Nissan Z Track. OrionStang
Maybe 2x4's from the back to take up as much as possible, then finish it off with some sort of stuffing for the small, hard to reach spaces. I'm gonna have the same type build, so hopefully there will be some better ideas here. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

BeatBox
what i did on my wall was this...not sure if it would work for you put a piece of on the sides of the box, .75 inches back or how ever thick you would would be fro the trim panels i put them even because there will be a trim panel that will make it sit even baffle on, still needs the flush mount piece the trim piece are cut and then screwed in to the pieces in the first pic ^ ^ ^ hope that helps, you can always fiber glass it in as mentioned lay some aluminum foil down or tape it before you do it so that it can easily be removed in the future
Robert8252
Cover the gaps with aluminum foil and fiberglass. Once you do a few layers you have a nice panel that can be easily removable and air tight with some weather trim 2013 F150 Crew Cab Old Build Log Feedback 2013 F150 Equipment - Some Awesome Stereo Sound Making Stuff
