I won't be rolling through NC anytime with the civic this year, most likely spring of next year though. As for the rear side panels... There is a screw behind the armrest that has to come out, the rear seat backs have to come out, which are held in by 3 bolts on the pivot point when you fold them down, 2 are on the small seat, take those out, push the seat towards the opposite side and it'll slide right out. The 3rd bolt is holding the big seat to the pivot point, take that out and remove the seat. Take the c pillars out, held in by spring clips, just get a grip and give them a firm tug. Now take the seat belt rails off by taking out the two 14mm bolts that hold them in, then grab the rear side panel towards the top back, right under the c pillar and pull that spring clip loose. Then grab the handle and lift up and pull, should pop off somewhat easily. I think I am going to move the midbass else where because I foresee the removal of the seats taking longer than its worth. That's the issue I was originally having with that idea and how it probably wouldn't fit both the 8's and the 10's at the same time.
