Anywho. 7" Samsung tab is not going in the center console like I originally planned. Thinking of putting it in the dash, since it is damn near a direct fit. Move the head unit down to where the EQ currently is, and either put the EQ directly under it, sandwiched directly under the head unit, or take the lid off the cupholder area and fab up another EQ pod down there. I'll take some quick pics of my little idea later tonight while waiting for class to start. In my mind, it all looks good and seems like an easy and feasible task. Those wires are for the vu din. When they are out of the way, tab sits flush in there. The little lip that makes the gap look smaller than it actually is.
