loganberry Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share Posted July 12, 2011 so paypal is witholding payment on my account, i just got off the phone with a lady that knows about 3 words of english and was very rude...she said this is going to be happening to everyone so here is a heads up for you. all money is being withheld for 21 days, or until the buyer gets the product and then 3 days after that to make sure they are happy, i asked well what happens if the buyer gets the product then breaks it cause they are retarded and they said well then they will file a dispute and then that is your problem...so basically im out a product and out money, im so pissed off right not...so there is a heads up for you guys. A problem with another buyer or seller? I have only seen Paypal put holds on accounts when there has been some suspicious activity or complaint/complaints from other users. They just don't put holds on on random transactions. wouldn't they have to notify there users about this change, or would this fall under one of those "subject to change without notice" type deals? Paypal will also cancel transactions and close accounts where moneys have been used to pay for firearms.
