And you say it has 4000w rms. 2000x4 =/= 4000... Also, you referred to the peak of the sub, so that must mean your not used to big systems. I've never heard of the sub, so idk what power it'll take.

iirc I think it has the re audio destroyer motor

The motor looked very similar to my old Re HC. That was originally a quad coil as well.

How do the Japanese feel about bass?

Anything 2000w and up should work fine as long as you dont clip the balls off the amp.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.
