Every time I looked at it I thought of her. Now I have 3 more and they all mean somethin different, Not to mention I 'fixed' the one WE got and made it my own. All of my ink has a celctic flavor to it! ^me too bro, Celtic designs make for some of the best tattoos hey man, if you ride over to pcb most places I've stopped don't even check ID's for piercings and smaller tattoos. personally bro i would not want to get a tat from a place that does not check ID's, when getting a tattoo you should look for a professional place, and when they are not even checking id's that shows they are not professional. Just something you may want to think about bro, I know when i was under the age i wanted to get ink sooo bad, and found a shop that would do it with out following the rules... things didn't work out and i didn't get it. Come to find out a year or so later that the shop had a problem with hepatitis and had infected 13 people. So its something you way want to think about. You always want to find a clean shop that follows all the states regulations.
