Cutdeluxes1
So a friend of mine wants me to build a box for his ram truck consisting of a Memphis mojo quad 15"( which I sold him) and 2 kicker cvr 12's. Why? Don't know, but he insists on it. So the design I came up with( and have never built a box like this) was a three chamber box with the mojo getting the most airspace. Overall box size is 18 cubes. Any ideals or suggestions appreciated. Plan on glassing the top too( if possible with this 80lb sub.) Me- I have recently started building enclosures for person use, and now my friends want me to do it for them. I have some knowledge but mainly go off of what I have seen othe

mbdblue
try to convince him to sell the memphis and pick up 2 more CVRs, or sell the cvrs and pick up another mojo. with all that airspace, he can do something that looks/sounds better. 6berry
the problem with using different size and brand of subs is that youll have cancellation at certain frequencies. have him do what mbdblue said and he'll be much happier in the end Quote 1999 Audi A4 1.8T::: 4 - DC Level 3 10's in a 4th order Rockford P6002 on Subs for now (3-3.5k coming eventually) MB Quart ONX4.60 for Mids and Highs Boston S50 Components in Front Boston S65 Coaxials in Rear 40 Sq Ft of Second Skin Damplifier Build Thread UBL 1948 Plymouth
Rockbrook
wasnt there someone on here who ran two 15's and two 18's? or something like that either way they ran two different sized subs and it worked, no one ever gave them shit about doing it. how did they do it? bobobass
Id make a system where you could use just the mojo or just the kickers. I think that would be the only way to effeciently use that system. Using them all would definitely cause some cancelation Quote 2000 Subaru outback 2.5l Head Unit: Pioneer deh 4300ub front stage: tbd subwoofer: Stock Fi Q 18" amp: Audio que 1200d
