your leaving the port untouched with a front piece? only a piece across the front to for the subs, you did same thing i did with an old box, now the port end isnt as wide as where the subs are, lol, hope you were thinking or took it into consideration with tuning calculations.

Actually, I have already cut a few .75" strips to fit around the port. I just thought it would be easier that way, instead of cutting it out from the baffle. So everything should be flush....I just haven't come around to that yet.
