That's true, but if a 22" sub w 6" coils isn't "better" than I don't know what is. And like you said, it is DD! I know I want a couple of em! I'd personally never run it because I'm assuming its inefficient due to the extra mass, but if I had 1.2 jiggawatts i would definitely consider them.
