I'd rather my window get busted, and nothing stolen, than my lock getting broken and everything stolen. Rear side window on a 01 explorer sport when mine got broken (no clue who broke it or why, nothing was missing...no alarm was present either so it's not like they got scared away by it), brand new, $900+, with insurance though, a little over $100; oh and that is also adding in the labor for taking the old one out, and putting the new one in.
