CJ18
Both of mine get warm but nOt hot. I am at 2 ohms per channel. Like had been said before, it is most likely in the crossovers. I am also running full active.
AA98hoe
I had similar problems with my zapcos. But I'm wired at 10hm stereo on 1 and 2ohm on the other. Run the biggest power and ground wire the inputs will take. Like the others said it could be bad crossover check ohm load with system off. What components do you have? OrionStang
I went and checked the ohm load at the amp with the system OFF, 4.2-4.4 on each channel. I also checked each channel with the system ON(don't know if that's the thing to do) and got some crazy readings. Checked the resistance at each crossover with the system OFF and all readings are good. So unless crossovers can be fucked up somehow and still read proper, its not them. @98hoe; Rainbow 3-way components. n8ball2013
well now the fun begins. unhook each speaker meter seperately. hope you find a bad one. after that its unhook one speaker at a time and see what happens. if it stops cutting out you'll have found your issue. Wouldnt happen to have any different crossovers laying around.
