My new wall is about 26 cu. too and I'm sure Larry has more room in his Bonneville than my malibu. I could probably get closer to 30 if I had better woodworking skills.

That wall does look pretty stretched, like he is using every scrap of air space back there. Seeing this makes me wish I had a 4dr. instead of my coupe.

we are trying to use every inch of space but we dont want to have to0 many weird bends. trying to keep it as smooth as possible.

we could have used the space where the rear deck is but it would so many angles and probably not made as strong as the rest of the shell.

didn't even have to cut the rear deck. I still have a little legroom too. just built real wide and up to the headliner.

Oh ok. I brought it down at an angle so I am using about 4" of the rear deck, but the piece below it that attached to it actually only goes 2" back into the rear deck. There is an angle there but not a 90 degree to maximize the rear deck space...if that makes sense. lol I could have got more out of it but precise angle cuts and kevin don't mix. haha

ahh i see. i was thinking of usin the deck but we just curved alittle into it
