Those radios allow usb drives so I would assume so because Android phones mount as a usb drive.

The deck will read it like a usb drive. I have native iPod controls via usb on my Alpine deck but I can disconnect my iPod and connect my SE Xperia X10 Android phone and can play the music off it just fine

the AUX that everyone is talking about obviously works with any phone/mp3 player... but the actual USB jack is intended for USB flash drives(will not work with external hard drives going through a USB cable however).

i believe to be able to connect your "iphone/ipod" directly, it'd have to go through some sort of dock.
