Just checked it and it looks like it is legal to own one, but illegal to carry it. NJ got some of the weirdest laws against this type of the stuff. Getting a permit to carry a gun is nearly impossible, unless you got really good connections. I have all of the paper work for firearm license done, just need to get fingerprinting and then wait around 6 months or so. I tried to upgrade the h80i to the h100i and pay the difference but they wouldnt break up the combo deal or upgrade.. Makes no sense to me but whatever.. it will do for now.
