went outside for a little bit, gotta be up early so I didnt have much time in the garage :(

got like 2 things done, and baffles where not neither. HA!!

This piece was a lot of work... but still to long.

To put it simple, I had to make 6 matching angles on each end, then have it the needed length.

got the other board on the port rounded over a tad

made the window ledge mold into the 45

then stuck the leds inside to get an idea.

it can be a pain from time to time, but its a lot cheaper then dumping gallons of resin inside your box to build up the corners :D

A compound miter saw would make them a lot quicker, maybe thats my next purchuse :D:drinks:
