I don't believe it would do 180+dB more like 160ish. May I suggest you read this article, http://allaboutrides.blogspot.com/2007/03/...-subwoofer.html paying particular attention to the cone area sizes and displacement figures, and then learn about hypothetical pressure limits before saying what the woofer can and cannot do. David Posted November 25, 2007 Report Share Posted November 25, 2007 yeah kinda old newz, one of the guys that helped build that subwoofer owns T3 audio, if I remember correctly it was run off a computer alma gates protested it, I dont think anyone ever found out what it was truelly capable of doing.
