TeamHT
Well, if your front speakers are not working as well, then the issue shouldn't be your subwoofer amp. Unless your front speakers are hooked up the same amp... Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
TheNewbie
I put another speaker onto the amp, it's not working. So i would guess it's my amp but isnt' there a way i can double check that? The Front and back speakers are running off the HU Check out my build log: http://www.stevemead...60#entry1958353 Different folks have different strokes. STEvil
.... I vote the RCA's are toast unless your speakers are on the HU, then its probably the HU. If everything is cutting out: its not the amp. If only the sub is cutting out: its the amp (or a connection to it). MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. BobbyG2
Noone suggested checking the remote wire? My amp was doing this too, replaced the remote wire, and it started working fine again. *New vehicle and system coming soon.*
