o2's shooting out liquid(ferro?) what do i do, pics inside

Is there no way that this is Ferrofluid? because the voice coil on these speakers are cooled by ferro fluid, my enclosure in the door sticks out from the door in its own plastic casing and theres no moisture in there.

what is your HPF set at as the wrinkled cones makes me think you're playing them way too low and they're seeing a lot of excursion...

Woofers are never ferro fluid cooled only your tweeters will be cooled, as the others have said your getting liquid inside the door in one way or another and it's spitting out the middle of your speakers. Car washes, rain are a couple of ways for water to get into your door cavity and onto your speakers, i would make sure you don't have anything blocking the water escaping the bottom of the door so it can drain out.

Ferro Fluid is usually used in tweeters to transfer the heat away from the coil and keep them cool.

I personally have never seen it used in a midrange speaker, and i owned and tore up a lot of mids.

It is also a magnetic fluid, so the chances of it losing its magnetic properties and spitting out all over is unlikely.

As others said, Im sure there is some sort of leak in your door, like maybe the exterior window seal. Water or moisture is getting inside the door, rusting metal opjects, and making your speakers cones damp or wet, causing them to lose strength and crease, and also spitting out rusty water.

I have nothign to say about this fluid...but you say your speakers are Brand New...the cone on the one pictured looks shot to me. I have paper cone Beymas and I have driven a couple much harder then I should have...resulting in the same type bends or creases in the paper cone. Dont know where your crossing them at but I would put money on it that your pushing them to hard in the lower mid range. That speaker wont last long.

HPF is set around 225 hz the low end of the freq response is 220 should i turn it up to around 300hz and i agree that it is not ferro anymore, im going to have to really look around my doors and see whats going on in there

Maybe it's just me but it looks like the surround is pinched a little at the bottom, could be the cause of the creases in your cone.
