Torres
what kind of options on the btl? you'll need like 2k/2500 or more to really move those

Aaron813
I would say that that is to big it would prolly be better at about 10 or 11 cubes imo Edited November 29, 2007 by Aaron813
Torres
I would say that that is to big it would prolly be better at about 10 or 11 cubes imo x2 mine are only 15's, but for 4 of em i got 16 cubes
ChevyBoy
i would say with the little bit of power, around 15-16 would be right for them with about the same amount of port area you have now.
andym85
thats 9cubes/sub and 12sq"/cube right now...imo, since u are running less than rms imo it should be fine...but i would still run around 7cubes/sub or so just in case you want to upgrades amps down the road... thegr8cody
well its the same design pston11 used and meade did for his 2 re mts with less port its 21.8 before displacement and that port is 3.5 i beleive it was so i might do about 250 port but i like how with the 216 i dont have to elbow it,since its in a wall it'll help on the build and as far as the 2k/2500 thats for around a box thats 6 -8 recomended rms mine will be alot bigger and with the sub being so sensitive and the box being bigger i think it will make up for it( imight be wrong though) and its tuned to 30 hz : ) Quote 1998 gmc sierra h/u:eclipse cd3200 sub:dd9518g d1.5 amp:jl e300/4 sub amp:dd m2a front stage:id ctx65cs dc power 270 alt lots of kicker 1/

pstone11
It's kind of hit or miss I guess.. Mine is just over 22 cubes gross, 17ish net... (its been so long). 300 inches of port tuned to 30hz, a t2k to each BTL.. I'm still in love with it - it moves a ton of air for a suburban, and you can listen to anything on it from metal to jazz, country, rap of course... I think you'll be OK with what you're thinking.
