Our shipping company will send a representative to your house to asses the cost of damage(s). But if Nine wants them I have a pair of Hertz "HMV 130 5" speakers. I'm in Australia though, not sure what the shipping would be worth but I'm jobless at the moment so if someone want to cover the shipping the speakers can be his.

I have no clue. And to be honest, I don't think it's the shipper's fault because there is no damage to the box....just the bike inside.....but either way I know it's not MY/our problem. The last email I sent this afternoon, I told them to refund the money and I will buy the bike somewhere else. I told them if it wasn't back in my PayPal account buy the close of business on Friday that I will open a dispute. I haven't received an email back from Utah Trikes acknowledging the return label, but I'm sure FedEx will leave me a receipt when they pick up the two boxes. I'll keep you guys updated when I know more, you all definitely have every right to know whats going on with your investment!!!
