Find out how many amps your alternator is, and use a fuse just bigger than that, but not higher than your wires rating (good 1/0 is good for up to 300 amps)

*New vehicle and system coming soon.*

I love you!!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!! :drink40::drink40::drink40:

The spot with least resistance LOL.

I would ground to a rubber dildo if it had less resistance than a run of 4/0 wiring.

how many poeple work there 3 or 4 lol

At crescendo HQ? probably 2-3

At the sweatshop in china? 30,000 children

No Engine

I always replace ALL the battery power and ground cables with larger ones. Batt power to fuse box, starter, alternator and any other factory wiring, and new grounds to block, frame and body. Which is more than just the big 3.

I saw someone comment about leaving the factory wiring in place when doing the big 3.

Is this because the big 3 doesnt take in to account all the other power wires needed?

i read that too and it said with some cars replacing the wires compared to adding can cause problems with the ecu

I currently have a bit of light dimming on a RF Prime R500.1 with one type R 12"

Was going to do the big 3 upgrade alone with running 0/1 AWG back to the amplifier.

I will need two inlines fuses correct? 1 for Alt+ -> Bat+ and Bat+ -> amplifier. What size fuse would I need for each one if they are both needed?

Also since my amplifier will only accept 4 gauge should I use 2 0/1 -> 4 gauge adapter pins (power and ground for amplifier) or use a distrobution block with 4 AWG grounding the amplifier?

I just wanted to pick the minds/get opinions of some car audio pros. Thanks
