roscoe1129
I would definately look into your vacuum lines james, I had that problem with an eclipse. I got some starter fluid (spray can) and went around the engine bay/ vacuum lines and gave it an occadional spray, and when I got to the line that needed fixed the idle jumped up a bit in rpms. E a r t h
I would start with the I.A.C. ( idle air control ) or I.S.C. ( idle speed control ) on throttle body or intake manifold area first.
AI James
last night got around to looking at it a little, while we were parked in idle and the headlights were dimming everytime the rpm's dropped, noticed a ground wire from my battery totally off the post. Reconnected it, and it didnt fix the problem but i think that its an electrical problem of some kind as it gets worse the longer we drive the truck, im beginning to wonder more if its the alternator rather then the little problems previously stated
