Nice work....

Well thought out. Nice job, watch the fore head?!!!

Thanks guys, appreciate it. And yeah I spent quite a bit of time measuring over and over and running plans through sketchup. Had a dozen designs before i settled on this one. I'm just glad to actually be making progress finally. Winter was driving me crazy, lol.

Yes please. More updates. Did you need to get stitches for your head? I did the same thing building the top of my wall.

Since I don't want a 400+ wall to smash me in an accident i added some braces to the rear of the box. I used 2 X 3/16 angle iron and flat bar and bolted to where the rear seat belt harness was. I will be adding another of these twords the center of the box too.

There will be 3/8 bolts run clear through the box where those wood screw are now. So don't worry about that.

I got some work on the baffle done today. Layers 1 and two are done. Still have to build a flare for the port to go on the drivers side of the wall.

To make sure i followed the shape of the car I made marks every inch down each side of the baffle, then I measured the width from the edge of the car to the edge of the baffle using the marks as a guide then transferred that the the second baffle like these pictures show.
