So I found an old shirt laying around and decided to try it instead of fleece to wrap my door pods. All i can say is once I layed down the Sunflash, took it outside and 2 minutes later it was set. So much better. I need to add some chop mat to the inside for strength, then maybe a layer of fleece to the outside and do some bondo and paint and it should be good to go.

Oh, and i have to assemble and fibergalss the other door pod too i guess.

Havent had much time to work on the car, been pulling extra hours at work. Anyway, I got the second pod wrapped and glassed and got the first layer of "gorilla hair"? I used some fiberglass body filler, so now these things, with the layers of glass and then this layer of glass filler, are stupid solid. I have to lay down a layer of regular filler to smooth out the rough stuff and should be able to prime and paint.

I just used old shirts for wrapping these. Works real nice.

also, I broke my jasper jig, i set my router down, and it just rolled right off the bench. I couldn't catch it in time. Probably a good thing anyway. It was plugged in, so my luck I would have grabbed the trigger and probably caused myself injury or something stupid.

I did manage to repair it well enough to still cut circles.

Oh, and if you look close you will see i managed to actually make an "A" pillar finally. So, i can get to work on those soon too.

Havent much to add right now. Trying to sell off old equipment to raise money for more equipment. I did get the other 1500.1 hooked up. Still need to do lots of beauty panels and stuff. I will say I like the results of going from 2 12's on 1500 to 4 12's on 3k. Very nice change. I may try to get another hair trick video to see if it has improved.

Any tips on how to secure fiberglass panels around the perimeter of the wall without any fasteners showing?
