It helps me cause I have a crappy pyle amp and it needs it... is that the answer your looking for? its more efficient theres no half power signals in between the wave movements of the speaker just full up and full down you understand an ac signal right? the link to the pic illustrates it perfectly

OP- you may need to just stop doing audio in general, cause you obviously have no clue of what you are talking about! Hey I'm a Best Buy installer!
