C-Fizzy Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 Eat some matte and wash it down with some resin. That way you don't have to leave the car for lunch. under construction I hate People with crappy primered cars rolling on hubcaps that are louder then me. u hate c-fizzy?

OrionStang Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Posted April 7, 2012 Bottom is done. I'll probably go back and add a couple more layers to the corners. Nothing wrong with overkill. Still gotta hit the seams where the box narrow's and around the entire top, easy compared to these big pieces. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Posted April 7, 2012 Just finished the last batch for today, starting to cool off. I don't like doing this LOL, there's 'hair' everywhere. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
OrionStang Posted April 8, 2012 Author Report Posted April 8, 2012 Decided to go to mom's house for easter dinner tomorrow, so only a few hours in the morning to work on the car. Plan is to move the tweeters up first thing early, then do a couple more layers of mat as it starts warming up. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
sprkn_ranger Posted April 8, 2012 Report Posted April 8, 2012 How many layers you get on there so far? I actually enjoyed glassing back when I used to mess around with it. But it does seem to be time consuming. Check out my build log! 4 Havocs in a blowthrough http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/187506-sprkn-rangers-blowthrough-build/
OrionStang Posted April 8, 2012 Author Report Posted April 8, 2012 Five on the passenger corner, three on the driver corner and two in the middle and all of the seams. Just need two more in the driver corner and a couple more in the middle, especially where the step up is. I just went and checked it, hard as a fucking rock. An since I used a roller, probably minimal sanding. I don't mind the work, but cramming my fat ass in there to do it sucks. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
