sundown-e21 Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 My friend gave me an rca bass knob instead of the one that RF gave me which gave a bass boost that I didn't want. So I retrofitted one into the stock fading switch. For those who don't know these cars, they have a "common ground" speaker system which means that there are only two outputs that you plug your speaker wires into. This system SUCKS so I bypassed it by running a 4 channel amp. Anyways, the sub output needs a bass knob so I decided that the best way to do this is incorporate it into the dash.
