Best 4th order designer/builders?

Singers designs are nice...super NICE....also super expensive. Generally $150-$200. Most people are daunted, but why spend money on equipment to grab a shit enclosure.

So still 1 referral and he doesn't seem to want to do designs. Like I said, I want someone who actually knows 4th orders and has built them. Not someone who just sits on the computer and designs on based off of what they have read

go take a look at the audio inovations section thats rays shop and he is very good at what he does

There were several recommendations in here, try ram designs, strongman designs, singer, sureal, 412cvx... if those dont work for ya, then bust out torres and a notebook and teach yourself something new.
